Hi i have applied for pension credit discount followed info and put in my national insurance no, the reply was you are not elegible i am 77 years old just had my letter from pension credit saying my my pension credit saying my new payment from April 2022 with amazing 30 pence rise so this letter proves i am on pension credit so how do i send this ro proper department as i cant find anyway to do this/

Davy Jay, I have just sent you a long message explaining what to do and explaining what we did, we took BT to the Small Claims Court and got £1650-00 awarded, my long message did not appear on the 1st post column you made and replied to, it might turn up on here, but I doubt it.  BT do not want readers to know when you challenge them in Court they can lose big time.
