Re: Price Increase Contract Termination

May I jump in on this, I too am experiencing  the same problem with this price change email.   My first call to customer service was Thursday last week, email was resent, it didn’t arrive.  Followed this with an online chat on Saturday, was informed email had been resent but it still didn’t arrive and lastly, a call to customer service yesterday, email being resent, it still hasn’t arrived.   I will be renewing the contract but I would still like to read the conditions before I renew.

Is there anyone on this forum who can help?

Price Increase Contract Termination/Continuation Email

My first call to customer service was Thursday last week, to ask if email could be resent, yes it could and was duly attended, it didn’t arrive. I followed this with an online chat on Saturday, was informed email had been resent but it still didn’t arrive and lastly, a call to customer service yesterday, email being resent, it still hasn’t arrived.    I would like to read the conditions before I renew, and not sure how much longer I have to renew.

Is there anyone on this forum who can help please?

Re: Price Increase Contract Termination/Continuation Email

Are you using an email client?

Have you checked in the spam folder in the bt mail web page?

You can read the terms and conditions at www.bt.com/terms

Your bespoke offer will either be an upgrade if available or to renew at the exact same price you pay for your broadband currently, the new offer would start the following working day and last for 18 months, from month 19 you would pay the standard price unless you contact BT for another offer.
