Removing EE account from MyBT profile

It's clearly a common problem, can't someone just load it up to the FAQs?

Did you 'unlink' me from the accounts or have you deleted the actual accounts.
I was just a manager on one of the accounts, GB********, which is actually owned by a someone else 
He now cannot access his BT Sport... could you check that out for me, please?
