How long does it take  to receive a returns kit? The leaflet with my New Pro TV Box says a returns kit is

on the way. The engineer said I needn`t request one as it would be sent in a few days....now more than two weeks since the new Box was installed.{25th Feb}.

I assume that the Pro box was an upgrade from another Youview box and if so then if you had that previous box before 13/12/2019 then you can keep it or do whatever you want with it as it's yours to keep.

August 2020..... just renewed my broadband and BTTV ..hence the upgrade to the pro box.

Hi Philip,

Thanks for sending over the details. I tried calling, sorry the call got cut off. I've placed an order for another returns bag in case the original doesn't arrive. It should be with you in the next 7 - 10 days. Please let me know when you receive it.

Thanks for getting back. The 4 digit PIN is for security reasons. I would have sent that just before calling.

Thanks again David,message received and understood.  For future reference my mobile number is fine for texts and emails but my land-line is now better for calls ...sound is much clearer and I am able to hear voices first time! Keep up the good work, Regards Phil Jordan

Hello David ,the returns kit arrived today and I have just been to my local post office to post the package. I have a receipt and photograph of the parcel. Many thanks for your support, problem solved

Just one problem remains...a week after posting the Royal Mail Tracking still showing "we have received your parcel" and it is at LEEDS ! I will keep checking but I was under the impression that it would be delivered in 2or 3 days.
