I'm having the same problem. We returned some equipment on 18th March via the click and collect option, but the last note on the Royal Mail track and trace page is from the 20th March which says that it is still with our local post office. The BT website says that the hub hasn't been returned yet.
Is this something that you can help with ?

HI. This is a customer forum where customers seek to help each other.
From what you said, the package never reached BT, you need to raise the matter with the post office and find out what happened to it.
In the meantime you could ring customer services and give them the tracking number
