I joined BT on 12/2/2020 ,I signed up to a fibre broadband deal which included an £80 reward card. When logging into my online account it shows that a have no reward to claim . How do I resolve this as the BT website has no information on what to do and I am unble to speak to anyone working for BT in person as it is not rightfully deamed an emergency . I don't however want to lose the reward by failing to claim inside the 3 months .
