Please can somebody PM me, I also applied during the black Friday offer and I'm also having this problem and should be entitled to £110.
Changed to BT subscription on the 30th November and setup on the 21st December
Judging by the number of similar posts, this is either a technical error or BT chance their arm to see if anyone actively chases it.
The reward was a deciding factor in the switch so if it's taken off the table, I will be looking elsewhere...
