When I tried to use my reward card found the card it had been deactivated and the funds returned to BT in error. How do I get my funds returned. The card should have been active until November, but the company said I had not activated it. I had and wrote down the code for the card. Luckily I tried to find the amount on the card before using it in a shop. Please can you help.
