Hi @Xire01,  welcome to the forum and sorry you can't claim your reward card.

Please would you let me know when your broadband service was activated and how much was the reward card for?

Hi @Xire01, thanks for getting back to me. As your service is only active for a few days please can you wait until the service has been active for 14 days. If you are still unable to claim the reward card then please post back and we'll be happy to get it ordered for you.
