Hi John

I too have not received my reward card and have spent ages going around in circles, with BT helpdesk telling me they don't offer such a thing!  Can you please let me know who I can contact in the promotions team?

Hi @SB44 welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Sorry you have not received your reward card. I've sent you a Private Message with details on how to contact the Mod team and as long as your broadband has been active for 14 day we'll be able to get your reward card ordered.
