Hi,I also went live with BT fibre2 on the 22nd June, Ordered on the 7th June,£80 MasterCard reward card to claim once up and running. The section to claim the card shows no rewards to claim? BT asking not to ring unless urgent,so need some help or pointing the right direction
Hi @Sophie31 and @hallidayb welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. The reward card should be available to claim 14 days after your broadband order has completed. Sorry that the reward is not showing for you. I've sent you both a Private Message with details on how to contact the Mod team and we'll be happy to help you get the reward claimed.
