It is about time BT sorted out the problem of returned equipment not being registered. Many people are having the problem.
I returned a TV box in January when I received a replacement, in the specific bag provided. Luckily I would not be charged for any lack of return. The online system still has the banner saying please return your equipment, without specifying what is to be returned.
I have kept the postal receipt since January. Surely they should scan the code on return receipt and it should be reflected in MyBT!
