I have still to receive the voucher, ven if I joined BT in early November, and applied for it 3 times. I've had quite a few email exchanges with them, each time promising the voucher will be delivered within 30-45 days. I have asked for this to be escalated and that the person's senior co-ordinator is contacted but they have just stopped replying to my emails.
I do not understand why it is so difficult to receive the voucher and why every time the case is looked into, it is so many days' wait. One of the reasons I joined BT was this £100 voucher, that they will not deliver.
I was with BT in the early 2000s and the custmoer service was excellent. Whatever happened to this company
