Well, my usage hasn't been updated for three days. It stopped when I had BT Infinity installed, though it claims it's up-to-date to midnight last night  - 16.10.2013 at 23:59. It reads the same as 14.10.2013 at 23:59. So how am I supposed to tell how much I am using?

Welcome to the forum. This has happened occasionally before and BT have disregarded any usage that may not have been counted. You can check a day's usage by noting the start and finish totals under the Advanced Settings > Broadband tab in your home hub. Be aware though that's not reliable longer-term as the counter is liable to reset spontaneously. The monitor should settle down eventually.

 

By the way, for future reference it's better to start a new thread rather than post on a 3-y-o one.
