I am an existing customer and my new contact went active on the 24th Feb. The sales person promised an xbox which did make me renew with BT as opposed to other companies. It is now 6th April and wonder if it will arrive - I gather I do not need the voucher and it comes automatically? I know times are difficult but would just like the confirmation will arrive at some stage. My grandson will certainly be pleased.
