This seems to be my situation you apply or the reward wait 30 days and nothing, so emailed and was told by bt it didn’t go through and wait another 30 days and again nothing so emailed again and guess what....wait another 30 days! Ridiculous oh and don’t bother ringing as you get hung up on first time customer and definitely questioning why I used bt as I thought they were a reputable company....
