Hi David

I'm in a similar boat having received mastercard but not cheque.  If tried both affiliates and vouchers emails addresses but get a postmaster response saying failed delivery.  Would it not be easier if BT added a contact/chase up page to the original BT cashback claim page?

Hi @JRP Sorry you have not received your cashback cheque. Can you advise how much the cheque was for and website it was placed through. Also did you submit your claim via https://www.broadbandbenefits.co.uk/cashback/

Hi

Thanks for the quick response. Contract was taken via cable.co.uk for £50 cheque.  Claim submitted via https://www.broadbandbenefits.co.uk/cashback/ on 01/12/16 and confirmed same day so 45 days waiting time now passed.
