Due to covid 19 and being laid of work i am unable to pay my outstanding bill till the 27th have tried constantly to speak to bt but keep getting the automated we wont restrict your service however i had an email this morning saying that my service will be restricted by 22nd of april is this just an automated email? Or will my landline and bb be restricted many thanks

BT are not restricting services or disconnecting people for payment issues until June. This only applies to bills issued after 20th March 2020.
Just make payment whenever you are able.
