Hi @more_frustration Thanks for taking my call earlier and I just wanted to confirm your old BTID has now been deleted. Please can you set up a new BTID using your email address. If you need any help with this check out What is a BT ID and how can I get one?
Once completed you should be able to access your BTID ok.
Hi @more_frustration Thanks for the update. I have had a look and removed that old account now so you should be able to set up your BTID. Please try and post back and let me know how you get on.
This seems to have worked - however it asks for my account number.
Which I do not have because I have online bills - which is ironic I guess.
I have now requested this number to be sent out by post.
