Hi @more_frustration I called and left a message on your voicemail; sorry I could not reach you. 

I need to speak with you directly so can you advise if you are available this afternoon to take a call from me. If not I am back in the office on Monday until Friday so let me know when it's convenient to call.

Hi @more_frustration Thanks for taking my call earlier and I just wanted to confirm your old BTID has now been deleted. Please can you set up a new BTID using your email address. If you need any help with this check out What is a BT ID and how can I get one?

Once completed you should be able to access your BTID ok.

Hi John I have tried to set up a new BT ID account but after inputting my email address I get this message:
A BT ID already exists with that email address.

@JohnC2 who's trying to help isn't working today. But when he's back in he should see this message and be in contact. Or you if you can't wait you could try having a chat with the online team who can often help with BT ID issues..

Hi @more_frustration Thanks for the update. I have had a look and removed that old account now so you should be able to set up your BTID. Please try and post back and let me know how you get on.

Hi John,

This seems to have worked - however it asks for my account number.

Which I do not have because I have online bills - which is ironic I guess.

I have now requested this number to be sent out by post.
