Refund in the post? Doubt it

A refund in the form of a cheque was supposed to have been posted to me on JULY 20th( the woman on the phone told me on Wednesday). She says the post is slow... strange, all my other post is making it through... also due to lock down, etc etc I have like, no money and kinda need that ASAP. Sick of watching the letterbox. What can I do???

This is only a customer to customer help forum.

BT normally refund money via the same method as you used to pay your bill (direct debit), unless of course you have left BT for another provider and have cancelled your direct debit.

You could try ringing billing on 0800 800 150.
