I moved provider from BT back in March, after this I’ve built up a significant credit balance as my direct debit was taken for several months until my latest quarterly bill was produced. The direct debit has dropped to zero but I still want to be able to get a refund for my balance. From looking at the forum, there may still be a free service associated with my account but I don’t know how to cancel it, I don’t use BT email or any other service.
