Refund overdue

I was wrongly charged for installation on my most recent bill. I called bt and they organised a refund and i was told it would be in my account after 5 working days. I was emailed confirmation of this refund on 1st of December and I am still yet to receive it; why is this???

You might want to chat to the billing team and double check the refund to your bank has been processed; otherwise the refund is going to show as a credit on your next bill
