it took around 5 days for a response and then it was some one differnt. when i tried. keep getting conflicting answers. good luck. your gunna need it.
6 days, 2 LONG pointless conversations later and I am not closer to getting MY money back.
I keep getting told the refund was done on the 7th, but the minute I ask for the banks unique payment reference no I am ignored.
What I would like them to do.. check more than the system in front of you and tell me when the actual payment was done and what the reference no is.
I received a phone informing I need to wait until the 29th for them to do their processes... 22 days later... nope!!!
Legal route already started
It would seem the Mods have been able to do what 7/8 different "customer services" personnel were unable to do, look past one screen and determine that there was in fact an issue with the payment.
I received 2 phone calls (which I sadly missed) as well as an email informing me that the payment was unsuccessful and has now being processed, I'll wait with baited breath to see if it does happen but it does sound promising.
