I’ve recently signed up for broadband and tv. Unfortunately I have a couple of old accounts which were from a phone years ago and BT sport when you needed to link it to Sky. When I try to log in to see how my order is progressing or to claim my reward card, the app recognises my new account number but has defaulted to all the old information of the other accounts and does not show the order. Is there any way to remove these old accounts and reset it myself or do I need to phone BT? many thanks for any advice.
