Renew Broadband and inclusive calls package

Hi

 

Apologies if I have missed the obvious but went to renew my Broadband/phone package which has inclusive minutes.  I went through the Broadband route and when I got to the end the phone was included but not an option to include inclusive minutes. The cost looked too good to be true so suspect they were not included (no mention of them). How do I get them included?

 

Thanks for your help- I simply want to renew what I have until the fully fibre option becomes available.

On the website there are two options, broadband and broadband and phone , are you sure you have selected the correct one ? , if you select broadband (only) you don’t get the telephone options , select broadband/phone you get to select PAYG or Unlimited Minutes as you progress through the order pages .

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately the Broadband and home phone are on different tabs. Renew on the Broadband tab gives me my current broadband plus a phone option with no inclusive calls which I cant change/update. Think there may be some changes in what is being offered but cant find out what!

the only package that has inclusive calls is one of home essentials otherwise selecting broadband with phone your choice is PAYG or pay for unlimited minutes add-on (cost varies depending your negotiations)
