Hi.
I'm trying to renew my contract on line but it fails at the checkout page saying there is an error with BT Sport. BT Sport doesn't show up in my current packages, but I am getting charged for it.
I'd like to change my account to Fibre with Halo 1, remove BT Sport but retain the mobile we have.
Is that possible to do online somewhere? I don't want to call as it says you are prioritising calls at the moment, understandably.
