Renewal (Offers)

Good morning,

I'm on Fibre 1 package, phone line and internet which is due to be renewed on 15th of April. I had in my BT app last week offers to renew again Fibre 1 or as Fibre 2 which were £2 cheaper than my existing package. Today when I checked in order to renew these offers were not on and the cheapest offer was £5+ from my existing package. Are last week's offer not available any more?

Its best to call BT on 0800 800 030, and negotiate a good renewal deal.

I'd also check if you can get FTTP as the BT FTTP packages are often better value. Plus it's Full Fibre, meaning more reliable.
