Has anyone had difficulty renewing their Broadband term to retain the BT Sport discount using the My BT website.
Their are two boxes to tick, one to confirm the already populated telephone number field, the other to confirm you are the account holder.
When I submit the info I get back an error message saying that my postcode doesn't match my account.
Tried using the online chat but that is useless.
I use Win 10 and tried using Edge and Chrome browsers.

Having rung and listened to the options none seem to match my problem. I really hate these automated phone systems.
Try 0800 800 030 instead.
They are open to 6pm this evening.
Finally managed to negotiate the phone system and got my contract renewed. Also got my HD package free for 3 months.
