Renewed contract

I recently renewed my contract with BT as it was coming to an end. 

To be specifc, we decided to remove the TV & sport from the package as we were not using it enough. 

I new price was agreed over the phone and I was told my next bill ( April 2020) would be at that price. 

I have received my new bill and it is still the old price, what is going on?

this is a customer help customer forum  your post does not go to BT

you need to phone 150 then billing - long queue though
