Hiya, I have a problem, I sent back a telephone base and phone a few months ago, along with the broadband. Obviously they have received everything except for the telephone which was in a separate bag. I have lost my receipt and the post office say they cant track past items. What can I do as I definitely returned it and its stressing me out! TIA x

As far as I'm aware you aren't required to return phones.
I'm amazed at the number of folks posting on the forum that they have lost their proof of posting, I wonder if they would have the same cavalier attitude to a £50 note.
