Return Charges for Equipment Sent Back!

Hiya, I have a problem, I sent back a telephone base and phone a few months ago, along with the broadband.  Obviously they have received everything except for the telephone which was in a separate bag.  I have lost my receipt and the post office say they cant track past items.  What can I do as I definitely returned it and its stressing me out! TIA x

there are numerous posts like/similar to yours  you need to phone CS 03301234150 or you can try message now with billing

As far as I'm aware you aren't required to return phones.

I'm amazed at the number of folks posting on the forum that they have lost their proof of posting, I wonder if they would have the same cavalier attitude to a £50 note.

Not cavalier, my employee sent it off for me, just didn't want to blame someone else!
