Not sure if I'm even posting in the right board but I'm totally confused 🤣
I've just renewed my packages with BT but for whatever reason today I've received an email from BT asking for my TV box to be returned by the 2nd August? Has anyone else had this before and is able to shed a bit of light on it please?
