Can anyone help me?
I've returned the kit on the 14th June,forgot about it as it was almost 2 months ago,but yesterday i received an email from BT that they need the kit back in 6 days otherwise I'll be charged £65.
I have the tracking reference (screenshot is attached,had to crop it as the file was too big) and looks like royal mail has lost it.
What can i do in this situation?
