Again, having used the BT returns system, this time by Royal Mail I am being hounded saying I do nto appear to have returned my equipment. (Youview 4K box).
Well, exactly the same as last time I have. And your returns department do not appear to have recorded it - I have proof of posting and proof of delivery.
Please, if a moderator is looking at this can you stop the persistent requests for my equipment!!
