Hi,
I have upgraded my package and have recieved a new BT Hub. I have received an email to return the old equipment , but there isn't any return bag included and also there isn't a proper option in the website to order one. It is mentioned that we will be charged if the old equipment is not sent back. Any suggestions on how to order for the return bags would be much appreciated.

some one going to send me a link after countless emails and txts i cant find any link logging on about returning equiment why you making it so difficult ?? or arrange to send returns equipment package
