Return old router

Hi all.

I was told when I  receive my new router there will be a bag to return the old one but there wasn't.How do I get one please.

If you had the HomeHub before 13 December 2019 it's not necessary to return it.

It's often handy to keep it as a backup in case of failure of the replacement or you decide the new one doesn't suit.
