Returned Hub not showing as received.

Hi,

Not sure which board this should be in but..

I returned the old Hub 5 weeks ago and yet it's still showing as 'waiting return'

I have the Post Office receipt with the return reference.

Can't seem to find a contact number for BT to find out why it's not been checked back in.

So hard to find anyone to talk to these days.

Any help appreciated

Assuming you were issued with it a long time ago, there was no need to return it to BT unless you do not have a local recycling centre.

You would not be charged for anything that was issued to you before December 2019, it just gets sent to recycling by BT anyway.
