Returned equipment but bt says haven’t received it

Hi, I returned my bt equipment which was a Smart Hub 2 and One of the complete discs, I sent is out on 22nd of August and it has been delivered on the 24th of August but still when I checked on the bt website it still says charge applied and return now. I still have the receipt of the return. Can anyone help?

It is taking up to four weeks for BT to update accounts after they have received returned items. If you have Proof of Delivery you can call BT 0800.800.150 and they will update your account.

BT are on strike today so it may take a while to get through.

Enter the tracking number from the post office receipt into the Royal Mail parcel tracking page and print off proof of delivery then call 0800 800 150
