Hi, I keep getting reminder text and emails saying I have not returned my kit plus I’m concerned it carries a large fee.
I sent this back the same day I got the return bag.
When you returned it, you should of been given proof of postage, that will have a tracking reference, you can ring BT and they can verify it from the tracking reference and update manually.
The returns warehouse can be in delay but it does everntually update, also if you are charged and return equipment within 2 years, BT will also refund you automatically.
I'm sorry if you're still getting emails from BT asking you to return your equipment. If you send me your details, I'll be able to make sure that the equipment has been marked as being returned.
