I have to return a BT TV box and a Broadband smart hub. I am told by BT that I can arrange for the TV box to be collected from my home by Parcelforce but I have to take the smart hub to the post office and send it by Royal Mail.
Given that the prepaid return labels both have the same address can anyone explain why this is so?
