Hello! I was wondering if someone could help me with this.
So, I cancelled my BT broadband package and I need to return the products. However, no one is living in the property, that the broadband was in, anymore. Am I able to re-direct the Returns Box/Bag to a different address so I am able to return the products?
I would appreciate anybody’s help on this subject.
Yes you can, if you ring 0800 800 150, speak with the connections team, they can amend the original returns kit or or raise another one and send to your new address. Then you can return it via post or take to your local EE store if easier.
