Can anyone help? I've lots of redundant equipment to return but going round in circles with the website. Does anyone have a link that works?
I can't phone BT as I've lost my voice. It annoys me that they expect people to phone up all the time, but that's a gripe for another time. Thank you.

If you had the Youview box before 13/12/2019 then it's yours to keep and continue using or sell. Don't return it unnecessarily.

As an aside, bearing in mind (a) we're all encouraged to recycle stuff now and (b) how many times this subject comes up on the forum, wouldn't it be a good idea for BT to make the link available to everyone in MyBT?
