Returning equipment

Hi I returned my old equipment 2 weeks ago and still receiving emails demanding me to return or I will receive charges

When returning at the post office, you would of been given a receipt with a tracking reference, you can track it using the royal mail website, does it show as delivered ?
It could just be the warehouse haven't yet scanned it to show returned.

Thank you for getting back.

The worry for me is I live in a small village with no post office nearby.My husband had just returned from hospital and I didn’t want to leave him, I was worrying about the charges and so I handed it to the postman who said he would hand it in.

Because of returning it this way I didn’t receive a receipt.I am worried this will be my problem.

It is presently taking about four weeks for accounts to be updated after receipt of the items sent back. If after that time your account has not been updated post back here to see if further assistance can be given.
