Returning kit

Hi I recently updated my package with BT. Due to a new contract being created, I was asked to return the original BT TV box and broadband kit. I returned this two weeks before Christmas via royal mail. I keep receiving letters and text messages from BT threatening a large fine for not returning the kit. The text message i received today said it was the final reminder. Can someone please verify if my kit has been received?

Hi @Orlaithb89 Thanks for posting, I have seen reports there is a backlog with the returns warehouse but I'll be happy to mark it as returned if you can give me the royal mail reference number.
