I've recently received an email advising if I don't return my old router I will be charged £50. Since the return bag has not arrived I've tried to request a new return bag. The page I cannot find is supposed to be under "my BT" AND 'RETURNING EQUIPMENT PAGE" and I've looked everywhere.
The call choices when I've tried are not applicable as is the complaints call.
What makes things a little worse is when we moved house the on line service for this said my old router, a BT Halo2, would need to be replaced by, you guessed it a BT Halo 2 and for the pleasure of receiving an identical router I am being charged a £9.99 postage charge!
Please BT send me a return bag and get this sorted out!
