Revert my Game Pass Ultimate back to Xbox please :)

I have xbox game pass ultimate and have recently activated a 12 month game pass from bt that i got free with my broadband susbscription thinking it will extend my game pass ultimate but instead it took it ove i lost the game pass ultime i had. I would like it reverted back to what I had which i believe expires on 9th January 2025.
