I recently became a BT infinity customer and had it all switched on Yesterday (22/03/18). With the deal I had from BT, I am entitled to a cashback reward for £125.00. On the claim page it tells me to wait until I'm up and running, which I now am. However, when I push the claim button and log in to claim as asked I just get signed into my home page where there is nothing relating to the claim on screen. Am I being stupid or what? If somebody can put me on hte right track I would be grateful.
