When I try to claim my Reward Card I get the following error:
Is there anything I can do to resolve this?

Sorry you're having trouble claiming your reward. Have the orders closed and the services been connected?
No the service is connected on Thursday.
Shall I wait and retry after?
Hi I'm also having the same issue and my broadband has been connected since 9th August.

It usually takes up to 14 days after activation before the reward can be claimed. If it doesn't appear in that time get back to me and I'll look into it for you.
