Just after a little help if possible please. You have probably been asked a thousand times already. Who do I need to contact in regards to missing reward card and free gift please?
I took out BT broadband and a BT SIM card deal a few weeks back and successfully claimed the reward card for the broadband part but when I claimed the broadband card. The reward card (which had on there able to claim from the 3rd October), dissapeared and hasn’t shown back up for me to claim today? Also I still haven’t received the email to claim the free gift (Samsung Galaxy A10).
