I've been having issues, like many others, with the reward cards that were promised with my signup to BT Infinity.
There was an offer for a card when I signed up to BT, and I was within the date to be eligible for the card. However, since the order was placed, BT inexplicably cancelled part of my first order and re-placed it. This was due a technical error their end. Now that my broadband is up and running, I attempted to claim my reward card only to be told I'm not eligible. No clue as to why this is, unless it's because they had to re-place my order outside of the eligibility period.
I spoke to a customer service rep on live chat who said he'd get it started for me. This was over a week ago now and I've not had any follow up since then. I have no idea if my claim is going through, or if I even have a claim at this point!
Any ideas on what I should be doing next to get this sorted?
